I think it’s only fair I start this, too. I’ll also be posting a few low calorie recipes so anyone can use them.
Breakfast:
1 Water bottle.- 0 Calories
1 Tangerine.- 10 Calories.
Lunch:
Instant Quaker Grits.- 100 Calories. Option to add 0 calorie sugar, or 1 Tablespoon of sugar, which will be 45 calories more, or so.
Dinner:
1 Water bottle
1 Cup raw Mushrooms (later cooked)- 15 Calories.
1/4 cup Asparagus (later cooked)- 10 Calories.
1/2 Bell Pepper (later cooked)- 15 Calories.
1/2 Tilapia Fillet.- 45 Calories.
Total dinner calories with seasoning: 105-110
All vegetables were lightly salted, and seasoned with curry powder, cayenne pepper, and some bouillon seasoning, which would add up to another 15 calories, but worth it because it makes the food much more enjoyable but guilt free.
Total calories in one day. I’d say 215-230.
